N-Hance Wood Refinishing Aims to Introduce 12 Territories Throughout Massachusetts as Home Buying and Demand for Home Improvement Continues to Surge

2021-08-05T11:28:37-04:00August 5th, 2021|Tags: , , , , , |

Named a Hot Franchise Category for 2021 by Entrepreneur Magazine, Leader in Hardwood Floor & Cabinet Refinishing Ignites Aggressive Statewide Development.

BOSTON — The demand for home improvement projects continues to surge – especially amid the recent housing boom and increased work-from-home flexibility – with Entrepreneur Magazine naming the industry as one of the hottest franchise categories in 2021. N-Hance Wood Refinishing® has seen the demand first-hand with some franchise owners reporting double digit increases in consumer leads year-over-year. With increased demand and record-breaking systemwide performance, the brand has announced plans to add 10-12 new territories throughout Massachusetts, secured through strategic partnerships, within the next five years.

N-Hance closed out 2020 with record-breaking system-wide sales growth, and 2021 has shaped up to be equally as prosperous. Building on the momentum of strong month-over-month performance, the N-Hance franchise network is kick-starting development goals in multiple states, pinpointing Massachusetts for franchise development. To meet the rising demand, N-Hance is actively seeking franchise partners in Boston and Springfield, with over 10 territories available.

The brand recently signed an agreement with local entrepreneur Kevan Bradley, who will launch and operate his franchise in the suburbs of Boston. N-Hance also recently partnered with franchisee Seth Gaudreau, whose territories include Berkshire and Hampshire counties as well as parts of southern Vermont. Interested investors would join a solid network of five existing franchisees in the market, resulting in strong consumer brand awareness to drive business.

“We’ve recently brought in several exceptionally strong franchisees across the state who’ve collectively raised the bar and created a great culture and reputation for our services. We look forward to continuing this legacy as we create new opportunities for entrepreneurs throughout Boston and Springfield,” said D’Wayne Tanner, Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales. “We are seeing interest from entrepreneurs who already own other types of home improvement businesses looking to diversify their portfolios, as well as from people seeking entry into the booming industry with a franchise that has a proven track record of success.”

N-Hance’s ability to innovate and adapt throughout the pandemic has allowed the brand to remain steadfast and focused on growth. By quickly pivoting to support social distancing, the brand developed a process for virtual consultations that are easily executed via phone, computer or tablet, leaving consumers with a complete proposal, along with warranty, payment options, and availability to complete the project. This has proven to be critical now as the world continues to navigate COVID-19 infections and variants of the virus – adaptability is key to future business growth. The international franchise is on track to open 40 franchises by year end.

These achievements have not gone unnoticed as the franchise industry has honored N-Hance with several recent award wins including Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2021 Franchise 500 ranking – the world’s first, best and most comprehensive franchise ranking that recognizes brands for their outstanding performance in areas including unit growth, financial strength, and brand power.

N-Hance sets the industry standard for hardwood refinishing. Helping lead the company’s growth is its one of a kind “Lightspeed® instant curing system” for hardwood cabinets and floors which saves customers time and money over the traditional refinishing, refacing or replacing alternatives. Decades of experience paired with backing by franchise powerhouse, BELFOR Franchise Group make N-Hance a proven and profitable investment opportunity that is primed for growth in this new era fueled by self and home-improvement.

In the midst of the booming home services industry, N-Hance franchisees have an advantage through access to one of the most comprehensive initial and ongoing training programs in the industry. N-Hance is also an affordable, highly scalable opportunity with strong profit-potential. The initial investment to begin operations of a new N-Hance franchise ranges from $52,369 to $168,747, and the top quartile of franchisees average over $840,000.

2021-08-05T11:16:54-04:00August 5th, 2021|Tags: , , , , |

International automotive accessory franchisor adds honor to a growing list of accolades.

BOCA RATON, Fla. — Tint World® Automotive Styling Centers, a leading window tinting and automotive accessory franchise, has been ranked at No. 182 on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Global Franchise list for 2021.

The recognition comes on the heels of several top honors already garnered by Tint World® in 2021. The fast-growing franchise company was included for the seventh consecutive time in Entrepreneur Magazine’s highly competitive Franchise 500® earlier this year. The company was also named a top franchise by Franchise Business Review and Franchise Times and was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of Florida’s fastest-growing private companies.

“Our ranking on this global list shows how fast we’re growing, but it also demonstrates the dedication and commitment of the entire Tint World® family,” said Charles J. Bonfiglio, CEO and president of Tint World®.  “As we look to the rest of 2021 and beyond, we will continue to expand both domestically and globally, bringing our passion for offering the best automotive styling experience to more and more customers all around the world.”

Entrepreneur determines its global rankings based on a formula similar to the one used for the Franchise 500®. However, in the global ranking, international size and growth are weighed more heavily. Other evaluation criteria include costs and fees, franchisee support, brand strength and financial strength and stability.

“The business landscape everywhere has shifted in the past year or so,” Bonfiglio said, “Thanks to the amazing work of all of our team members and partners, we have come through the pandemic stronger, more agile, and more poised for growth. This honor certainly recognizes that.”

That 1 Painter Expands within One Month of Franchise Launch, Announces New Locations in Tyler and Plano

2021-08-04T10:40:07-04:00August 4th, 2021|Tags: , , |

AUSTIN, Texas — Within four weeks of launching its franchise program, That 1 Painter––the Texas-based painting company founded in 2011––has signed franchise agreements with two business leaders, setting the stage for upcoming locations in Tyler and Plano.

The new franchisees have a goal to change lives on both a local and global scale through That 1 Painter’s joint mission of creating transformative painting experiences for customers in the US and providing necessary resources to struggling citizens in East Africa, a T1P program known as “Paint It Forward.”

Indeed, Chad Fancher, head of T1P’s new Tyler branch, cites the Paint It Forward initiative as one of his foremost reasons for signing on: “I knew it was the right fit when I learned of the Paint it Forward program and how That 1 Painter is involved with missions,” Fancher says, adding, “Pair that with [ founder] Steven’s knowledge and success in the industry, and I instantly knew this was the culture and team I wanted to be a part of.”

T1P Longview operator, Daniel Kim, also points out the company’s additional franchise benefits, including the fact that T1P actively encourages financial autonomy for new business owners. “I joined T1P to own a business that will enable me to have a solid stream of income and the freedom to operate my own franchise in a thriving market,” Kim notes.

That 1 Painter’s growth over the past decade supports Kim’s statement. With hundreds of five-star reviews across 18 home repair and paint services for its Austin and San Marcos locations, T1P has created a multimillion–dollar business model that doubled revenue during COVID-19, despite obvious logistical challenges. In addition, T1P’s extensive training program, along with its plug and play marketing and booking systems, offer franchise teams a wide array of tools to help meet community demands.

Interested parties are invited to visit that1painterfranchise.com for more information on the current $10,000 franchise discount (taken off the regular price of $39,000). Only eight discount spots remain, and potential applicants are strongly advised to contact Gary Ochiogrosso at gary@frangrow.com as soon as possible.

About That 1 Painter

Founded to help both local and global communities, That 1 Painter offers 18 paint-related contractor services to customers in and around Austin, San Marcos, Tyler, and Longview, with plans for ongoing expansion. The company is also known for its charitable outreach efforts, which include free painting services to homeowners in need and the T1P “Paint It Forward” program, which provides meals to East African refugees.

Anago Cleaning Systems Ranked Top Global Franchise by Entrepreneur Magazine

2021-08-04T10:30:10-04:00August 4th, 2021|Tags: , , , |

Commercial Cleaning Franchise Leader Ranked #51 Globally.

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. — Anago Cleaning Systems today announced its prestigious inclusion in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2021 Top Global Franchise ranking. This highly respected list is among the publication’s most prestigious ranking, recognizing the top franchises around the world that continue to evolve and demonstrate relevance, strength, and financial viability within the landscape of ever-changing global trends and business functions.

“Anago Cleaning Systems is thrilled to be continuously recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine for the strength of our franchise model and the results it offers our franchisees,” said Adam Povlitz, CEO & President of Anago Cleaning Systems. “The commercial cleaning industry underwent significant transformation during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are proud to take on the responsibility of being named an essential, frontline business tasked with keeping schools, hospitals, and many different types of businesses safe. Anago’s core values help our franchisees navigate the changing landscape and foster growth, while we continue implementing the latest, most innovative technologies within our industry.”

Anago Cleaning Systems is consistently recognized within Entrepreneur’s suite of ranking systems, earning the #14 Fastest Growing Franchise, and being ranked #2 Top Franchise Under $50K in 2020. Anago Cleaning Systems’ consistent ranking with one of the nation’s leading and most respected business publications demonstrates the brand’s stability in the commercial cleaning industry and its popularity with both franchisees and customers.

“The importance of commercial cleaning has been redefined due to COVID-19,” added Povlitz. “What was once thought of as an expendable budget line-item in brick-and-mortar operational costs, commercial cleaning has now taken a pole position for ongoing building maintenance programs,” added Povlitz. “The pandemic shifted operational mindsets, and each businesses responsibility and commitment to keeping public areas clean and sanitized became paramount.”

Anago Cleaning Systems is a pioneer of the master franchise system, which allows successful mid-career professionals to operate their own exclusive regional franchises, while allowing small businesses to invest in their success. Both levels simply focus on running their business while Anago Cleaning Systems provides assistance, guidance, and critical tools to grow.

The recent pandemic significantly changed the commercial cleaning landscape. Brick and mortar businesses and office buildings placed a premium on janitorial services to maintain a higher level of cleanliness and safety to mitigate and reduce the spread of COVID-19. In fact, Anago reports an increase of nearly 200 percent in one-time cleaning and disinfection services from previous years. Additionally, Anago has seen a nearly 300 percent increase in unit franchise sales heading into Q3 2021 when compared to the previous two years. This indicates the growing number of entrepreneurs looking to go into business for themselves through franchising, along with confidence in future growth projections within the commercial cleaning industry.

About Anago Cleaning Systems

Anago Cleaning Systems is an international commercial cleaning franchise brand. Utilizing the Master Franchise System, Anago supports over 45 Master Franchisees and over 1,700 Unit Franchisees. Founded in 1989, Anago has set the worldwide standard in business support and structure for local and regional companies to provide unparalleled cleaning services to businesses of all kinds. Anago was ranked #33 overall by Entrepreneur magazine in its latest Franchise 500® ranking. Anago is proud to be recognized as a top franchise for veterans and offers a discount to our service members. Anago is accredited by the IFA’s Vet Fran initiative and offers a discount to any honorably discharged Veteran. Anago Cleaning Systems welcomes all veterans looking to open a Master or Unit Franchise. For further information, visit AnagoMasters.com.

World’s Leading Blow Dry Bar Franchise Struts the Catwalk with 19 New Agreements to Date.

TORONTOBlo Blow Dry Bar, North America’s original blow dry bar and the world’s largest blow dry bar franchise, heads into the post-pandemic era with high growth numbers and exciting plans for the remainder of 2021. Already having locked in 19 signed agreements so far this year, the brand is ahead of its 2019 and 2020 development numbers. With this significant growth, Blo Blow Dry Bar projects 35 total units to be sold by year-end. With more than 130 bars across North America and its 2021 development to date, the brand is on pace to achieve its goal of 300 – 500 locations open in the next three to five years.

Kickstarting this year’s growth was a multi-unit deal out of New Jersey that will bring two additional units into the state. Husband and wife duo, Shar and Alichia Pourreza will open their first location in Morristown by the end of Q4 and plans for the second location to open a year later. In May, Blo Blow Dry Bar hit a new record by inking the largest individual deal in company history. Heather Stankard, owner and operator of the Blo Blow Dry Bar in Jacksonville, signed a six-unit franchise agreement to expand the brand into northern Florida. Rounding off its latest growth, Blo solidified a multi-unit deal in Indiana, marking the entrance into its 24th state through three locations. Behind the deal is Theresa Shadley, a seasoned franchisee in the boutique and fitness industry who will expand the brand’s presence into the Midwest.

“The blow dry bar sector is white-hot and intelligent investors are jumping at the chance to get in on the ground floor,” said Patrick Pantano, Vice President, Franchise Development, Blo Blow Dry Bar. “Interest in owning a Blo is at an all-time high and we love showing off our proven business model, strong culture and exceptional franchise owners. Our sector is still in its infancy and will continue to grow exponentially over the next few years.”

To top off the significant growth and success to date, Blo Blow Dry Bar will be unveiling a new Look Book on August 26. The revamped Look Book will combine all hair and makeup looks in one place, showcasing the brand’s iconic styles on diverse hair types, skin tones and face shapes to represent all the people who make up their community. With the addition of one new hairstyle, Blo Blow Dry Bar will include an array of inspiration pictures for guests to create their own customized looks and updos.

Blo Blow Dry Bar is dedicated and determined to create a space where people of all ages, ethnicities and orientations are welcomed, represented and made to feel gorgeous while emphasizing the need for self-care and wellness. Combining a sophisticated design with a fun and energetic environment, Blo cultivates a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests upon their arrival, during and after their services. Expertly trained bloers are available for consultation seven days a week to meet the needs of all guests. The brand’s hair menu includes their signature styles, ranging from sleek and straight to lively and bouncy curls, with customizable options such as braids, ponytails and updos for any occasion.

Blo Blow Dry Bar also offers makeup services from expert artists on-hand to help guests look and feel amazing for any occasion.

The growing franchise is just at the start of the runway, staking its claim as a leader in the $47 billion a year industry and continues to expand at a rapid rate. Every year, more cities across the globe are painted pink. Every day, a new guest discovers how wonderful the Blo Blow Dry Bar experience is. Superior service and consistent results are a top priority for all guests as well as franchisees. The brand goes beyond beauty – it is strategically positioned to meet growing customer demands within the wellness and self-care industries with an established foundation for business success.

“We walked into 2021 with some big goals and have been delivering on every single one,” said Vanessa Yakobson, CEO of Blo Blow Dry Bar. “We’ve expanded through existing franchisees and added a number of strong new ones to our roster this year. This has allowed Blo Blow Dry Bar to enter key markets, making our catwalk-quality blow outs accessible to more women across the country.”

Blo Blow Dry Bar is currently seeking single- and multi- unit operators to join the growing team and further expansion across North America with a key focus on development in Florida, Texas and Colorado. For more information about franchise opportunities visit https://franchise.blomedry.com/.
