Campaign for National Gratitude Month Involves 30 Days of Giving Including In-Studio Events and a Referral Giveaway.

IRVINE, Calif. — Pure Barre, the fastest, most effective full-body barre workout brand, announced today its Pure Give campaign to celebrate National Gratitude Month in November. To spread positivity this upcoming holiday season, Pure Barre is dedicated on giving back to its local communities for 30 days straight with a free barre class, in-studio events, charity classes, and a national referral giveaway.

The cornerstone of Pure Give is the chance for anyone to redeem a free Pure Barre class of any format (Classic, Empower or Reform) from Nov. 1 to Nov. 7, at participating studios. To redeem the free class, prospects and former members can use the code PUREGIVE when purchasing a Single Class via Pure Barre’s app, Member Portal or studio-level email marketing. A Pure Barre class is typically valued between $25 and $35.

Pure Give also wants its members to choose causes that are meaningful to them and team up with their local Pure Barre studio to bring awareness to that cause through donation-based charity classes and in-studio events all month long.

“We are excited to be launching our 2021 Pure Give campaign on November 1,” said Regan Stokes, President of Pure Barre. “This month of giving back to our local communities gives our brand a new level of togetherness and empathy for one another. We are thrilled to introduce all kinds of new people to the incredible benefits of barre and see the outcomes of Pure Give and everyone who is participating in making this a memorable month.”

Pure Give also involves a national referral giveaway contest, running through the end of the month. To participate, members must refer a friend to try a free Foundations intro class, using the landing page: https://lp.purebarre.com/refer-your-friends. Once that friend completes their Foundations intro class between Nov. 1 through Nov. 30, the member is put into a drawing from which a winner will be randomly selected. Pure Barre will then make a donation to the winner’s home studio of choice’s 501(c) Pure Give cause.

Offering an effective total body workout focused on low-impact/high-intensity movements that improve strength and flexibility for everybody, Pure Barre has quickly become one of the largest-growing franchised fitness brands in the world. Founded in 2001, the company has opened nearly 550 studios and is still actively growing.

MY SALON Suite raises a record $120,000 in one month to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®

2021-11-02T08:02:25-04:00November 2nd, 2021|Tags: , , , |

CARROLLTON, Texas — MY SALON Suite set a company fundraising record in September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month raising more than $120,000 through the company’s Suite Relief Fund™, for the benefit of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® as well as company employees.

The salon suite franchise set an initial goal of raising $35,000, but surpassed that amount through the generous donations from clients, Members, Franchise Partners, vendors and the Suite Management Franchising team. Because of generous donors, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

“It’s truly gratifying to see our team exceed our fundraising goals each year. The amount of money that we raised in just one month for St. Jude, an organization that has saved so many lives, is more than what we raised in each of the three previous years,” said Ken McAllister, the co-founder, and CEO of MY SALON Suite. “It’s the desire of our community to go beyond our walls to make the world a little brighter, and we plan to keep expanding our efforts and making a difference.”

Suite Management Franchising, the parent company of MY SALON Suite and Salon Plaza, started its partnership with St. Jude in 2018 when it launched the Suite Relief Fund™. Since the inception of the partnership, the Suite Relief Fund has contributed $250,000 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Continued support helps fuel the St. Jude $11.5 billion, six-year strategic plan, which includes tripling its global investment to impact the more than 400,000 kids with cancer around the world each year.

Additionally, in August, The Suite Relief Fund distributed $52,500 to MY SALON Suite members in New Orleans who were impacted by Hurricane Ida through a partnership with the PBA’s Disaster Relief Fund.

MY SALON Suite is a salon suite franchise that focuses on providing stylists and beauticians a personal space to build their business. They decorate their suite, use their own branding, set their hours, prices, and manage their own client lists and business. In addition, the MY SALON Suite franchise owners serve as landlords who recruit and rent space to health and beauty professionals.

In June 2021, Suite Management Franchising, LLC, the parent company of MY SALON Suite and Salon Plaza, was acquired by Propelled Brands. Propelled Brands is using its unparalleled resources, support, and training to accelerate growth and expand Suite Management Franchising’s footprint across the country.

America’s Favorite Neighborhood Pet Store and Premium Pet Food Maker Help Provide Service Dogs to Deserving Veterans.

FORNEY, Texas — Pet Supplies Plus, the nation’s leading pet retail franchise has once again joined forces with Natural Balance® to raise awareness about the profound impact Service Dogs have on America’s servicemen and women. As a result of this continued national partnership, Natural Balance and Pet Supplies Plus have donated $50,000 to Patriot PAWS Service Dogs, a non-profit that trains and provides Service Dogs for disabled Veterans, at no cost. Pet Supplies Plus in Forney will host a check presentation on November 9th at 10 a.m.

Throughout November, the purchase of any Natural Balance product at all of the 590+ Pet Supplies Plus locations help to support the $50,000 donation to Patriot PAWS. This donation will help provide Service Dogs, at no cost, to disabled American Veterans with mobile disabilities to help restore and maintain their physical and emotional independence.

“As a company, it’s an honor to continue our partnership with Natural Balance and Patriot PAWS once again,” said Chris Rowland, CEO of Pet Supplies Plus. “The impact that a Service Dog can have on a disabled Veteran is life changing and we hope that this donation will help Patriot PAWS continue their mission. Our neighbors truly care about donating to worthy causes like Patriot PAWS and we thank them for allowing us to make this donation possible to commemorate Veterans Day.”

The check presentation at the Forney Pet Supplies Plus, located at 471 Marketplace Blvd #100, Forney, TX will take place on November 9 at 10 a.m. CST. Local U.S. Army Veteran, Zac Tyler will be on-site at the event with the Service Dog he was matched with from Patriot PAWS Service Dogs this past summer. Zac Tyler of AR served in the United States Army Infantry as well as Army National Guard attaining the rank of Corporal. Zac served a total of 7 years.

“For over 10 years now, we’ve partnered with Pet Supplies Plus to bring awareness to Patriot PAWS and their amazing organization in honor of Veterans Day,” said Darcy Hagan, Vice President of Sales, Natural Balance. “We are always looking for ways to give back and this donation helps Patriot PAWS continue their incredible work of providing American servicemen and women with the invaluable gift of a Service Dog.”

While the positive impact of Service Dogs on the wellbeing of Veterans is widely known, many are unaware of the immense costs associated with training a Service Dog, which is around $35,000 per dog. Patriot PAWS aims to eliminate this cost for the Veteran with the help of their donors, volunteers, and training programs. On top of the existing demand, countless studies indicate the devastating impact of the pandemic, alone, has on the emotional and physical health of the nation, including American Veterans – making Patriot PAWS’ services that much more essential.

Founded in 2006 by professional dog trainer, Lori Stevens, Patriot PAWS aims to train and place Service Dogs with disabled Veterans. Since 2015, Patriot PAWS has placed 293 total teams with Veterans and others with mobile disabilities. Currently, they have 85 Service Dogs in training. Patriot PAWS can house up to 25 Service Dogs at their Rockwall Campus and the rest dispersed throughout their various programs, which include the Texas A&M Student Led Puppy Raiser Program, their local DFW Puppy Raiser Program, and their partnership with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice where inmates in three local prisons train Service Dogs. The organization continues to remain focused on their mission, and with the help of Pet Supplies Plus and Natural Balance, expects to be able to make a handful of additional placements by the end of the year.

“The funds raised from the partnership between Pet Supplies Plus and Natural Balance will allow us to continue our mission to help provide our disabled American Veterans with a Patriot PAWS Service Dogs,” said, Patriot PAWS Founder Lori Stevens. “Donations like these allow our organization to remain at no-cost to those who receive the gift of a Service Dog.”
