Although a newer addition to the AtWork family, Watson has been able to grow her business in a short amount of time, even winning AtWork’s Rookie of the Year award in 2021. In October 2021 Watson founded Lynn’s Angel Foundation, which is committed to supporting female entrepreneurs as they launch and build successful businesses. Additionally, Watson participates in events like the Houston Chapter of the National Black MBA Associations’ Entrepreneurial Roundtable to share her knowledge with others.

Continued commitment to service-focused culture helps expand client base and national revenue.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — AtWork, one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing staffing franchises, recently released their 2021 sales revenue numbers, showing a 34 percent increase over 2020 sales performance.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic AtWork had seen several consecutive years of double-digit growth as the company continued its national expansion. As it was for many businesses, 2020 was challenging, but the growth that AtWork would experience in 2021 was already becoming evident as the year ended with a strong uptick in sales revenue. That trend accelerated as the new year progressed and AtWork consistently saw unprecedented sales numbers. Company leadership expects this trend to continue as they expand their nationwide footprint, with the goal of reaching over 300 locations, and $1 billion in sales, by 2029.

Leading national staffing franchise continues to expand marketing department with key hires and promotions.

Knoxville, Tennessee based staffing employee honored for overcoming adversity as she established her career with the help of AtWork.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — AtWork, a rapidly growing national staffing franchise announced today that Knoxville, Tennessee-based employee Li Yan Zhang has been named the 2022 National Staffing Employee All-Star for the Industrial Sector by the American Staffing Association. After immigrating to the United States from China, Li Yan found herself working long hours in restaurants in the Knoxville area. Unsatisfied but determined, she continued in this line of work until the coronavirus pandemic upended 2020 and cost her a job. Unsure of what to do next, Li Yan turned to the Knoxville AtWork office who placed her into a production position with a major local plastics manufacturer. Li Yan took to the job quickly, earning the respect of her coworkers and company leadership as she continued to grow in her job.

Second quarter sales easily outpaced both 2019 and 2020 levels.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — AtWork, one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing staffing franchises, recently released strong second quarter sales results, easily outpacing not only the pandemic-affected 2020 results, but also those of 2019 during the same timeframe.

Though the pandemic heavily affected what was strong momentum coming out of 2019, 2021 has proven to be a year of explosive growth for AtWork. Over the course of the second quarter, sales were up 96% over 2020 and, more impressively, 25.8% over 2019. Over 70% of AtWork franchisees experienced growth over 2019 sales, a significant number given the trials of the previous year.
