For over 27 years, Home Helpers® Home Care has provided quality in-home personal and companion care to seniors and others. In a booming market, the brand sets itself apart by providing customized, personal care, allowing clients to age and recuperate with dignity and independence.

When people think of the home care industry, they often only consider elderly care. However, many other situations that warrant home care are frequently overlooked, including both long- and short-term care for mothers who are pre- and postpartum and for people recovering from major medical procedures. Home Helpers Home Care considers all people in need of assistance with activities of daily living a core part of its client base.

“Home Helpers Home Care franchisees are right there and able to care for anyone anywhere they call home because care itself doesn’t have an age limit. Our obligation to our franchisees is to put them in a position where they can carry out a mission of providing exceptional in-home care to anyone who needs it,” said Assistant Vice President of Franchise Development Bobby Kelley.

Because the company recognizes the massive potential of home care and its impact in communities nationwide, marketing to all key demographics is essential to maximizing opportunity for franchisees.

“These revenue streams are important, but it’s not just that we market to these revenue streams,” explained Kelley. “There’s a game plan and a way to go about developing relationships in other avenues outside of the senior space.”

Kelley, pictured below with CEO and President Emma Dickison and Assistant Vice President of Franchise Development Clay McKee, has been with Home Helpers Home Care for 19 years and has enjoyed watching the progression of the company and how it has embraced innovation.

“To be aligned with an organization, especially for 19 years, that prides itself on being such an innovative leader in the home care space is extremely rewarding because tomorrow is always a new day,” Kelley said. “At Home Helpers Home Care, we’re always asking, ‘What’s next? How do we move the industry forward? How do we make an impact? How do we overcome obstacles and create win-win solutions?’ It’s not just for Home Helpers Home Care, but also for the industry that we operate in.”
