With a deep-rooted passion for providing compassionate in-home care, Emma Dickison, CEO and president of Home Helpers Home Care, has built a successful franchise brand that’s transforming the industry.

Dickison’s journey into the world of home care was deeply personal, having cared for her grandmother and other family members during their illnesses. It was during these times that she experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of providing in-home care, which has helped her take Home Helper’s Home Care to new heights.

When Dickison discovered Home Helpers Home Care, she was immediately drawn to the brand’s mission and values. The company’s commitment to providing high-quality, personalized care resonated with her own experiences and aspirations.

In recent years, Home Helpers Home Care has experienced significant growth through investment in technology, services and, most importantly, people. The company’s Cared-4 program is revolutionizing the in-home care industry.
