WHAT THE HECK IS A FRANCHISE CONSULTANT?

Back when I was learning to drive in the late 1980s, to get from your starting point to your destination, you needed a road map. You could only get road maps at gas stations. Once obtaining a road map, you had to go through the process of unfolding it and reading all the fine print, hoping it was the latest edition. Talk about taking your eyes off the road! Trying to read the fine print on these paper road maps, while on a dark twisted road, was not only difficult but extremely dangerous!

Fast forward to 2024! My kids laugh at me when I try to give them directions. “Dad we have our phones!” Duh. Certified franchise consultants are the phones people need to navigate through their franchise journey. Long gone are the old paper maps. Ray Glover, CAFC with FranServe re-quoted this famous quote from Earl Nightingale: “All you need is the plan, the road map, and the courage to press on to your destination.”
