Home Helpers® Home Care is not your standard home care company. The renowned home health care leader recognizes that innovation is paramount to enhancing not just its business operations but also the quality of care it provides to clients.
Assistant Vice President of Franchise Development Bobby Kelley has been with Home Helpers Home Care for over 19 years, and it’s the company’s dedication to improving within the industry that has built and maintains that commitment to the brand even today.
“We’ve evolved the organization, the home care industry and in how we operate as a franchise,” said Kelley. “The goal is to be in a leadership role in the home care space, in addition to growing as an organization. It’s all about ‘How do we get better at home care?’ period.”
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the home care industry was put into overdrive with many people choosing in-home care options for their loved ones rather than care facilities. To meet the demand for in-home care, Home Helpers Home Care developed its proprietary Cared-4™ program. This program streamlines everything a client needs to receive essential care while allowing them to maintain their independence.
Some of the Cared-4 program offerings include the company’s signature home care services, meal deliveries tailored to clients’ dietary needs and a 24-hour service through its Direct Link® technology. It also acts as a medium for clients to call when they have a medical emergency, to conduct wellness checks and assist with medication reminder schedules.
“In the past, that individual may have to go and seek out multiple companies to be able to provide services,” explained Kelley. “We changed the space when we introduced the world to Cared-4 because now a candidate seeking home care, or their family seeking home care, has a one-stop shop.”
Home Helper Home Care’s franchise model is both highly effective and profitable due to the company’s unwavering commitment to innovation within the industry while delivering exceptional care to clients.
“We will always strive to be a leader of innovation within the industry,” said Kelley.
