Making the Inc. 5000 List Two Years in a Row
For a second year in a row, FranServe, Inc., the world’s largest franchise consulting organization, has made it onto the annual Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private businesses in America. Alesia Visconti, FranServe’s CEO and President, attended the awards ceremony and black-tie gala, proudly representing the company. She was asked about her experience at the event and how FranServe achieved this recognition once again.
FranServe first made the Inc. 5000 in 2024 and again in 2025. What do you think is propelling FranServe’s growth?
It’s not easy to make the list of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in America. It’s based on revenue growth, and everything must be verified by a CPA. This isn’t something that’s voted upon or a popularity contest. I was thrilled when FranServe made it last year, and when we made it again this year, I was blown away! Clearly, we are doing things right! I believe we are successful because we truly live our four core values:

What was your experience at the conference and gala?
I absolutely loved being at the conference and gala! It was fantastic to chat with entrepreneurs from a wide range of industries and outside of franchising. From speakers like Ernie Garcia, founder of Carvana, and Shark Tank celebrity Daymond John, to breakout sessions on AI and building a culture, I took 11 pages of notes!
What does FranServe need to do to continue growing?
I acquired FranServe in 2016, and it has been on a huge growth momentum ever since. There’s no big secret to its success; we simply all believe in our core values, and we aren’t afraid of change. We have the best team – Franchise Consultants who want to do good in the world and help others become franchise owners and create generational wealth for families. I am very proud to lead this amazing organization and expect continued growth for years to come.
