WHAT THE HECK IS A FRANCHISE CONSULTANT?
In today’s world, so many people are trying to find a life-work balance. It can be challenging for sure. One of the areas a Certified Franchise Consultant (CFC) is highly skilled at is helping candidates find that life-work balance. In fact, it’s one of FranServe’s core values.
Alesia Visconti, CFE, CFC, CAFC, the president and CEO of FranServe, Inc., explains it this way; “For a long time, I have questioned why people say ‘life-work balance’ when what they really mean is they want to put life ahead of work. Entrepreneurship values freedom of time, and we absolutely believe life comes before work. Family, friends, health – all the reasons many of you have as your WHY.”
The stress of work can put people over the edge. What’s the point of it all if one doesn’t enjoy life? I’ve heard it said before that no one ever says at the end of their life here on earth that they wished they’d worked more! Yes, we must work but there is a balance to it all and once you find it, you’ll be a much more pleasant and well-rounded person.
Franchise consultants help everyday people create a healthy life-work balance. Actually, franchise consulting itself is a healthy life-work business model. It can be a fun and very rewarding business for those who have a desire to help others. Franchise consulting is a flexible work-from-home business. For many, it has been the perfect choice where they can change lives and change generations all without the restrictions of a territory!
