In addition to a record number of franchise placements equating to new entrepreneurs, FranServe has recently learned that it has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. for 2024. This is a prestigious recognition from Inc. magazine. The list is a ranking of companies according to the percentage growth of their annual revenue over a two year period, as explained on its website.
Inc. Media’s Special Projects Editor Eric Hagerman first informed Alesia Visconti, President and CEO of FranServe, via email about the achievement.

It’s our honor to recognize your hard work and positive impact,” he stated.
On receiving this honor, Visconti praised the FranServe team.
“This is a team recognition. I’m the face of the company, and sure, I steer the ship, but it’s really everyone at FranServe who has made this happen! I had ‘The FranServe Family™’ trademarked, and when you think about it, who else would want that except us? But I paid to have it trademarked because it means so much to me. When you are working collectively as a unified entity, you can go both far and fast,” explained Visconti. “I don’t have to hire and rehire/train for the same positions.
