“Recently our franchisee advisory counsel met and provided in-depth feedback regarding the new software, Transblue Connect. After they met, everyone had very positive feedback about their experience. As a basic overview of the program, there is a dashboard with everything from sales revenue to estimates. It is a program that puts into view everything they need for a project or just for their business. It is also meant to act as a CRM for owners and their teams. So, for example, a salesperson can meet with a client, and they have all the information they will need and are able to build on that,” explained Vince Ortiz, director of franchise development.
Estimates and proposals are completed by Transblue owners with a 48-hour turnaround time and can encompass a considerable amount of variables. Transblue Connect helps owners collaborate not only within their franchise but also with corporate to ensure that by the time the project has been proposed, an owner feels confident about every aspect of it.
“Our business all starts with the estimation and design, and with this software, you are able to quickly work through that part of the project itself to get those numbers out to the client. We also have a system in place called bid scrubbing, which is a daily review of projects submitted to us by owners who want an extra set of eyes on projects they are estimating. Owners are able to submit their projects to us through a portal and we are able to collaborate on them,” Ortiz said.
