For six years, Clifton worked behind a desk answering phones, scheduling training hours and getting her squadron’s F-15 pilots out the door on time. This high-pressure environment taught her how to command a team and manage an office in situations where there’s a lot at stake.
Clifton founded TheOfficeSquad on that same work ethic, providing office operations and bookkeeping with military precision. “I quickly learned that the entrepreneur or the business owner is a lot like a fighter pilot,” she said. “They needed a lot of support.
