With an emphasis on end-to-end consultations, the new home-based center will provide the best in soft and hard window treatments to homeowners in Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Fontana and all surrounding Inland Empire areas. Muster and Henson bring a wealth of experience to the Gotcha Covered brand. Holding a B.A. in business management, Muster has been in the mortgage industry as a branch manager and loan officer for the past 20 years. He also owned a wood shutter and blind company for 10 years.

Henson has served the Inland Empire areas for the last four years as a realtor. Prior to that, she was in restaurant management for over 10 years.

While searching for franchise opportunities, the duo came across Gotcha Covered with the help of a franchise broker. It was their previous experience in the window treatment industry that influenced them to partner with the franchise.

Matthew Koster to lead Gotcha Covered of Coastal Charleston in offering premium consultation services.

The new home-based center is owned and operated by Matthew Koster. Holding a bachelor’s in hospitality and tourism management, Toor brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and management experience to the Gotcha Covered franchise. A military veteran, he has worked at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, and he has also owned and operated his own luxury menswear and lifestyle brand with retail stores in Chicago.

Once he started down the franchise path, Toor discovered Gotcha Covered with the help of a franchise broker. With hopes to remain in the retail and design space, Gotcha Covered was the perfect choice for him.

“I wanted to start up a home-based service business that would allow me to use my design and consultative selling skills while engaging in the local community,” said Toor. “Gotcha Covered checked all those boxes. With the business structure, I can run my business from home while ensuring I have ample time to network in the community.

Megan and Chris Taylor bring various backgrounds to the Gotcha Covered brand. A graduate of Miami University (Ohio), Chris has experience in marketing and sales within the building materials industry. He also has extensive experience working with business systems and financial modeling.

Megan received her bachelor’s from Arizona State University. Her professional background is in account management and sales within the pharmaceutical industry. She also has extensive experience in consulting with clients on business strategies.

Once they decided to join the world of franchising, the Taylors discovered Gotcha Covered with the help of a franchise broker.
