While Lubbock, Texas, is known for its hard-working farmers and close-knit community, nestled in this charming town is REGIMEN™, one of the country’s most premier luxury salons for men.

Founded in 2006, REGIMEN is the brainchild of Natalie Craig, a single mother of two who has an extensive background in hairdressing and business management. Previously a regional director of the international salon chain Toni&Guy, Craig has used her business know-how and ingenuity to create a salon experience like no other.

“Men aren’t used to being pampered. We take the time to take care of them. It’s not just the spa experience they’re given and the free alcohol in the salon that they stay for; it’s more the education they gain about their hair,” said Craig.

Unique to REGIMEN is its rigorous proprietary training program, which ensures clients can expect the same haircut every time, no matter the hairdresser. This consistency and exceptional service make REGIMEN’s motto “A Cut Above The Rest’’ ring true, and they result in repeat customers and plenty of referrals.

In addition to the consistent business REGIMEN gains, its franchisees have access to multiple revenue streams. While clients walk in for haircuts, beard trims, coloring, waxing and massages, they often walk out with products from the brand’s custom skincare line or items from partner brands. Another one of REGIMEN’s revenue streams comes from its luxury duffel bag, which allows franchisees to maximize profits while helping their community with the help of Craig’s nonprofit organization, Walk in Their Shoes. For every bag purchased, another bag is donated to a foster child who would have otherwise kept their belongings in a trash bag.

This turnkey, semi-absentee franchise requires no prior hairdressing experience and is available in hot markets across the U.S., including North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, Texas and Colorado.

The brand’s partner, FranSite, helps franchisees find the territory location and negotiate the lease, and Randy Russell, a subteam of FranSite, completes the design and buildout. All franchisees have an in-house educator as well as quarterly training.

Craig explained REGIMEN’s call to franchisees simply, saying, “With REGIMEN, you can succeed with our expertise, provide outstanding customer care and give back to your city.”
