GIVING BACK
For over five decades, Paul Davis Restoration has been committed to the restoration of residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, mold, storms and disasters. With hundreds of locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, this brand offers franchisees an impressive training facility, continuous support, long-standing partnerships with national and regional insurers and high-impact marketing and communications strategies.
The Paul Davis Restoration team is passionate about a wide range of charitable causes, impacting lives through organizations like the American Cancer Society, Ben’s Place Services, Inc., The Child Cancer Fund, Inc. and the American Red Cross. In addition to pledging $500,000 on January 1, 2024, Paul Davis Restoration recently pledged $500,000 more following hurricanes Helene and Milton.
“We’re extremely grateful for Paul Davis Restoration’s donations, which ensure that we can continue to build our capacity and resources ahead of time, keep up with the pace of frequent disasters and assist people in their darkest hours,” said Anne McKeough, chief development officer at the American Red Cross. The funds donated will be used for training volunteers, developing and implementing innovative technology and delivering critical resources for relief and support efforts.
Paul Davis Restoration team members also provided over 250 volunteer hours that included working with the Red Cross Disaster Action Team in setting up smoke detectors in more than 250 homes, equipping team members with CPR certifications, and accommodating productive blood drives. In response to nationwide blood shortages, the Paul Davis Restoration team hosted 22 blood drives – collecting 515 units of blood with the possibility of impacting over 1,545 lives.
“We are thrilled to continue our support of the American Red Cross during one of the biggest times of need in this century,” said Rich Wilson, president and CEO of Paul Davis Restoration. “We feel particularly aligned with the American Red Cross, and our initial donation of $500,000 in January of 2024 proved to all of us at Paul Davis Restoration that we have a very similar dedication to providing extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need and as such are proud and excited to commit this now $1,000,000 to the American Red Cross.”
