At its core, the franchise industry fosters community. It employs members of the community, feeds communities, restores communities, takes care of seniors in the community – you name it. It’s difficult to find a franchise that doesn’t touch the community in some way, which means that FranServe, Inc., the largest franchise consulting and expansion organization in the world, is at the forefront of community impact. FranServe affiliate franchise consultants are ambassadors of franchising who educate professionals about exciting opportunities available to them, including giving back to others.

With over 600 active consultants in North and South America representing over 700-plus of today’s hottest franchises, FranServe is dedicated to social responsibility.

“I love helping people realize their dream of business ownership, but I am extremely proud of the work FranServe does outside of our daily operations as well,” explained Alesia Visconti, FranServe’s CEO and president. “We have a moral obligation to give back to the world on a bigger level. We strongly believe in giving back, and that’s why we never hesitate to give to some of the world’s most needed and extraordinary organizations.”

In 2018, Visconti launched FranServe Cares, the charitable branch of FranServe that donates to organizations via Fran-Aid. In the last three years, Fran-Aid has donated $5,000 to WIRES Wildlife Rescue, Australia’s largest wildlife rescue organization; $10,000 to VetFran, which helps entrepreneurial veterans seeking to own franchises fulfill their dream; and $30,000 to Freedom Service Dogs, a group that helps veterans and active-duty military find a new level of confidence and independence with the help of specially trained service dogs. Also, in conjunction with FranServe’s sister company, Franchise Dictionary Magazine, $30,000 was donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation to help fund lifesaving research to prevent and cure breast cancer.

With Visconti’s motto, “Work hard, play hard, help others, repeat,” it comes as no surprise that FranServe’s efforts continue. This year, Fran-Aid donated an additional $5,000 to Susan G. Komen and $15,000 to Freedom Service Dogs, resulting in $100,000 in donations by FranServe in just four years.

While FranServe is known for its expert franchising consulting services and the top-tier support and training it offers consultants, its commitment to being a purpose-driven organization has made a lasting impact on communities all over the world. Being viewed as one of the most professional groups in the industry by franchise and lending partners is simply icing on the cake.
