What is your definition of being a top franchise consultant?
Everyone spells “success” differently. For some, it’s the financial accumulation; for others, it’s spending more time with family. For most people, it’s a combination of both. Being a top consultant usually showcases both success on a measurable level (placements, earnings, etc.) and a life well balanced. Top Consultants are role models for others.
Are there some keys that are more important/valuable than others?
Being curious. I always think if someone has a curious mindset, they will go far. They’ll ask questions, they’ll seek out answers. That’s a great trait to have in any business setting. Knowledge is power.
Can all the keys be learned?
Most. I can’t teach some, to be honest. I can’t teach someone to have inner drive. Things like that are what we seek in others in order to even be considered to be a FranServe Affiliate Franchise Consultant.
