Now celebrating its 10th Franniversary, and thanks to the leadership of Alesia Visconti, the organization has grown to become the largest franchise consulting and expansion organization in the world. It’s been an amazing decade for FranServe!
“I joined FranServe as a franchise consultant, knowing a lot about business but nothing about franchising,” noted Alesia Visconti, FranServe’s CEO and president. “But I loved the idea of helping people become business owners. Within 18 months, I had the opportunity to be the president of the company, and six months after that, the CEO. The former CEO had retired and, due to my career experience as a successful C-level executive and business leader, coupled with being a top franchise consultant, I was approached to acquire FranServe, Inc., which I agreed to in record time! Now I get to say I am a product of my own company.”
Under Visconti’s direction, the company has thrived; she drives FranServe’s innovative programs and sets the tone for its unique culture. And by connecting entrepreneurs to franchise opportunities, introducing franchisors to qualified people, and training the industry’s most knowledgeable consultants to make it all happen, FranServe’s culture, technology, reach, and scale have revolutionized the industry.
Jeff Bien, vice president of franchise development for CertaPro Painters, explained the impact that FranServe has had on his business. “Over the past several years, FranServe consultants have sent us top-notch candidates, who have purchased both new businesses and existing businesses with CertaPro,” he noted. “They understand how to position our brand as a scalable model that is not about picking up a paintbrush, and the candidates they send are well-prepared to look at ownership options.”

Franchise companies pay significant referral fees for helping them source and qualify buyers of their franchise. There also are three revenue streams – franchise, financial, and business referrals.
