Building a Purpose-Driven Business
Megan Kessler opened her first 2B Organized® location in San Antonio, Texas, in October 2024 and expanded into Austin in August 2025. What began as a passion for organization quickly evolved into a growing business serving two major Texas markets.
“Launching in San Antonio felt like the beginning of something I had dreamed about for a long time, and expanding into Austin so soon after was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Being able to serve clients in two cities that mean so much to me has been an amazing experience,” Kessler said.
Kessler didn’t come into the business with formal experience in professional organizing, but she had long been drawn to organization, systems and creating order.
“It’s something I’ve genuinely loved for as long as I can remember,” she said.
When it came time to make the leap into business ownership, Kessler chose 2B Organized because the brand aligned with both her personal passions and her long-term goals.
“I was looking for something purposeful – work that would allow me to make a real impact in people’s everyday lives. 2B Organized felt like such a natural fit,” Kessler said. “I loved that the brand combines beautiful, functional organization with a genuine heart for serving clients. I could see how meaningful the work was, and I knew I wanted to be part of bringing that experience to families in my market.”
For Kessler, it appears that she made the right choice. According to her, the 2B Organized team has remained a valuable source of support throughout her franchise ownership journey.
“Beyond the systems and resources they provide, what I value most is the sense of community,” said Kessler. “Having access to guidance, encouragement and a network of people who understand both the challenges and rewards of this business have been invaluable. It’s empowering to be part of a brand where collaboration is so deeply rooted and where you never feel like you’re building it alone.”
For those considering a future with 2B Organized, Kessler offered a piece of advice based on her own experience.
“Treat it like both a passion and a business. Loving organization is a great place to start, but building a successful business in this industry also takes consistency, leadership, strong systems and a genuine commitment to serving people well,” she said.
