In order to make any progress in life you must make a choice. You see, choices lead but feelings follow. Don’t laugh at me because I’m different and made a choice for me to leave the 9-to-5 corporate world 20 years ago. I should be commended for actually stepping out, choosing for my family and me, franchise ownership.
While making choices isn’t always easy, it’s that very thing that make those who’ve chosen a different path to be called leaders. Leaders don’t let their feelings get in the way of their future and dreams. “I feel worried… I feel like I need to stay in my job… I feel like I might fail… I feel better in my 9-to-5.” OK, we need workers and I personally thank you for working in our economy.
