Best Option Restoration has built its reputation as a leader in the home restoration industry by focusing on water restoration services. The company is dedicated to helping people who have found themselves in bad circumstances. Every job taken affords franchisees an opportunity to serve the local community, aiding those who need it most.

“Our restoration crews work to leave the world better than they found it,” said Best Option Restoration Director of Franchise Operations Brian Brinegar. “Our volunteer efforts help ensure the world is a better place tomorrow.”

Not only does Best Option Restoration serve the community through its professional remediation services, but it’s also dedicated to volunteer work and assuming leadership roles on charity boards.

The franchisees of Best Option Restoration get to choose the most impactful ways to assist their respective communities. Founder Nick-Anthony Zamucen is very active in the Denver Make-A-Wish program and the American Cancer Society. Kyle Chiasson, owner of the franchise in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, serves as a board member at Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), a nonprofit organization that advocates for children in need. Mike Martinez of the Boulder and Thornton, Colorado, franchises is involved with cancer-fighting nonprofit Haymakers for Hope. Each franchisee is able to make a difference in their community by supporting charitable causes they’re passionate about.

In addition to directly supporting individual organizations, multiple franchisees have given financial assistance to clients who aren’t able to pay the entire job cost. Northwest Arkansas franchisee Scott Mager was able to assist a client with a complete category three (sewage) water clean-out on donations. Mager and his crew donated their labor and time to get the client’s home back to a livable condition.

“Working as part of a team within a company like Best Option Restoration is incredibly rewarding personally,” said Brinegar. “The founder, Nick-Anthony Zamucen, regularly asks: ‘How are we helping them?’ This pertains to our work as the management team with our franchisees and our time volunteering.”

In 2025, Zamucen plans to partner with the Just Keep Livin Foundation, founded by his friend and actor Matthew McConaughey, to continue doing good in the Denver community.
