Focus On Improvement and Optimizing Experiences

“How we train and retain coaching talent is key to client satisfaction,” Turner said. “I also spend a lot of time coordinating with heads of sales and marketing to ensure departments collaborate effectively with a consistent message.”

Turner begins the day early and excels at wearing many hats. This is what a typical day for her looks like:

  • 6 a.m. Turner catches up with administrative tasks. In addition to responding to emails received overnight, she manages access to internal systems and platforms, troubleshooting issues or escalating them to the technical team as needed.
  • 7 a.m. During her commute, she connects with franchise owners on the East Coast, discussing specific challenges and strategies for increasing member conversion and referral rates.
  • 9 a.m. At the studio, Turner checks in with the CEO and heads of marketing, sales, fitness and EMS to discuss new developments, KPIs, lead enhancements and business coaching for franchise performance.
  • 12 p.m. As a contributor to BODY20’s new learning management system, Turner creates instructional plans for different studio roles. She also dedicates time to one-on-one and small-group training, covering strategies to improve the bottom line of franchises.
  • 4 p.m. As the day ends, she handles remaining issues, reconnects with the CEO and prepares “The Twenty-Minute Brief,” BODY20’s weekly newsletter with call recordings, upcoming training reminders and departmental updates distributed to owners, managers and coaches.
