Former COO Mike Hopkins Sr. has stepped into the role of CEO at Paul Davis Restoration. With a strong commitment to culture and talent retention, Hopkins has excelled in various leadership roles within the company.
“I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with our franchise owners over the years, and I’ve seen firsthand the level of commitment they bring, not just to their businesses but to their communities,” Hopkins said. “People that fit our organization have a winning spirit to serve others, a history of getting impressive results and values that align with ours.”
Paul Davis Restoration specializes in cleanup and damage repair services to residential and commercial properties. Its services address damages from water, fire, mold, storms and other disasters.
“We have always been a relationship-driven brand. Our teams show up with the goal of providing extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need,” Hopkins said. “The goal in every single situation is to live out the Paul Davis tagline: ‘When things go wrong, we do what’s right.’”
Paul Davis Restoration is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, and in addition to having made important investments in their systems, technology and processes, the brand has also expanded its capabilities for large-loss and commercial work.
“Looking ahead, it is about thoughtful growth,” Hopkins said. “It is important to bring in the right franchise partners. Culture and alignment will always be a big part of that. At the end of the day, our success is measured by each customer experience and that our franchisees have strong, sustainable businesses that make a positive difference in the communities they serve.”
Paul Davis Restoration attracts business-minded operators committed to building strong, scalable organizations and delivering operational excellence and accountability.
“That mindset continues to strengthen the brand,” Hopkins said. “Our goal is not only to be the best property restoration company in each market to the affected customer, but also to build something meaningful with the support of a strong system and team.”
