For the owners of 1-800-Plumber +Air of Columbus, Ohio, friendship and business go hand in hand. Friends since middle school, this group has always shared a vision of owning a business together. When Branton Cummins and his friends, Jake, Junior and Brennan, discovered 1-800-Plumber +Air, the only combined plumbing and HVAC franchise on the market today, they knew they’d found the perfect fit.
“We wanted to own a business that combined plumbing and HVAC services,” Cummins said. “We knew how many people were frustrated with their current plumber or HVAC technician, and we saw an opportunity to do better.”
From the start, the 1-800-Plumber +Air corporate team has provided hands-on support to help the group hit the ground running.
“They helped us get up and running and continue to answer questions whenever we need them,” Cummins shared. “They’ve built a model for success, and they’ve shared that knowledge with us every step of the way.”
