Spencer Taylor worked as a licensed real estate agent for years and even had prior experience as a business owner. However, he had no knowledge of disaster repair and overhaul until he became a Best Option Restoration franchisee.
“I was searching for a franchise opportunity with great profit margins that was resistant to market conditions,” said Taylor. “When I discovered Best Option Restoration, it checked all those boxes, and I was intrigued by what this could become. Even though I knew nothing about the restoration business, I felt good about the setup and felt support from headquarters from the start.”
That’s why Taylor says he decided to “pull the trigger” and become a franchisee. Since then, he’s seen great success.
“The past four months have been amazing,” Taylor said. “This business is extremely rewarding and fulfilling.”

For Taylor, the most rewarding part is helping distraught homeowners realize that their problems can be fixed.
“Showing up on Day one is always the hardest part,” Taylor said. “We meet our customers when they are going through a difficult time, and it’s hard to see them process it, but it’s truly amazing to see the relief come over their face as soon as we get to work.”
According to Taylor, Best Option Restoration is a business he can envision himself growing and expanding with for years to come, providing an important service in his local community.
