Painter Bros has been committed to delivering world-class service to clients all over the world since its inception in 2014. However, the company’s most important mission is to continue making a difference within the local communities it serves.
“Our franchisees are actively involved in their local communities,” said Chief Development Officer Bailey Rayner. “We’re not big on just doing the job and moving on to the next one. We’re eager to build relationships and make a larger impact.”
Community is also a core value for Painter Bros. Recently, partners Sherwin-Williams and Painter Bros, were sponsors for a charity golf event in Phoenix. From being involved with the local chamber of commerce to sponsoring charity events, Painter Bros franchisees are making positive changes however they can. Many franchisees also sponsor local youth sports teams as a way to give back.
Aside from community involvement, Painter Bros also is committed to being environmentally friendly. In addition to following industry standards and regulations regarding water reclamation and cleanup, Painter Bros goes one step further to understand customer expectations when it comes to sustainable practices.
With these core values at the forefront, it’s easy to see why Painter Bros has awarded 28 units in the first two months of 2024 and bid out over $50 million in opportunities in January alone. Much of this growth also can be attributed to the company’s commitment to setting up its franchisees for success. The Painter Bros corporate team recently brought several franchisees to a national accounts conference where they were introduced to potential clients.
“We’re getting a lot of franchisees to take care of national account customers, and we’re eager to continue this growth,” said Rayner. “We have a goal to reach 100 new units this year, and we can’t wait to continue adding new people to our team.”
