The story of WorldKids School began when Founder Nicole Chaudry was inspired by her own upbringing in Europe, where multilingualism is a way of life. When raising her own son, she wanted him to grow up in a culturally rich environment that celebrated language, diversity and curiosity. That personal connection continues to be the driving force behind the school.

WorldKids School recently signed a multi-unit franchise agreement in Charlotte, North Carolina, and announced plans for another school opening in Raleigh. To celebrate this milestone, the entire leadership team flew to North Carolina to meet with local partners, identify prime properties and film a documentary to help franchisees showcase the brand’s commitment to educational excellence.

Franchisees receive comprehensive training and support, including classroom instruction and on-the-job training, ensuring they are fully equipped to operate a high-quality educational facility. The brand also provides a detailed onboarding toolkit, ongoing mentorship, and direct contact with a full support team, subject matter experts, and the Founder herself
The brand’s national real estate team has already pinpointed key locations for the upcoming schools, targeting areas known as “child care deserts” where access to high-quality early education is limited. Each new franchisee benefits from hands-on support from subject matter experts to ensure a smooth path to success.
