In 1993, Len Yakuber founded One Source Cleaning in Livonia, Michigan. Recognizing a gap in the commercial cleaning industry for boutique-level service, Yakuber created a company that prioritized personalized customer service and hospital-grade cleaning standards. A few years later, Yakuber’s high school best friend, Devin Dollar, expressed interest in the cleaning business, resulting in a partnership.
