Senior Helpers gives its franchisees unmatched support through a new GRAD program aimed at improving revenue and profitability.

As the population ages, there is a growing necessity for skilled and compassionate care that can cover a variety of senior health needs. Senior Helpers is a well-known franchisor in the senior care industry that has developed specific care solutions that are revolutionizing the adult care industry. Senior Helpers franchisees are strategically positioned to benefit through an exclusive new GRAD program for established franchise owners looking to increase their revenue and profitability. Here are some of the specifics of the GRAD program:

The Senior Helpers GRAD program is a new program that was developed by corporate in 2019 and has had a tremendous success rate. Students are the franchisees who have been selected by their annual revenue to join the intense year-long program. Before starting the program, franchisees had to complete operational repair work in preparation and have a strong desire to increase their revenue and profitability.

The training starts with a three-day intense onsite classroom training program with monthly calls within their specified peer group led by a member of corporate staff. Operations choose peer groups, and a member of corporate operations leads each group. S.M.A.R.T. goals are developed by peers who hold each other accountable for achieving those goals. S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym developed by managers to describe goals that are, Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely. The top achieving graduate class gets an extra bonus for their efforts: a weekend trip to the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina.

Students attend graduation, complete with a valedictorian and report card scored by Mari Baxter, Sr. Vice President of Operations, Peter Ross, CEO, their advisors, and their peers. This past year 21 franchisee students graduated out of a class of 24, and the success of the class was evident in a 12.5% increase in revenue as compared to the average 6.2%. Graduates have stated that they enjoyed this class so much they will be continuing with the peer groups as support for continued growth and development.

Senior Helpers corporate already has the 2020 Grad class scheduled with 16 franchisees expected to attend.

Senior Helpers gives their franchisees the resources and support they need to not only reach their goals but exceed them in ways they never thought possible. Learn more at https://www.seniorhelpers.com.
