BUILD YOUR FUTURE

Simple Solutions Behavioral Health fills the holes that traditional recovery programs tend to create. This includes intensive outpatient therapy to long-term sober living, with case team management and a recovery peer support specialist. Compassion is the most important skill in becoming a Simple Solutions Behavioral Health franchisee, but how does one gain the other necessary skills?

That’s where training kicks in!

“Our training program is a comprehensive, multi-phase initiative designed to ensure franchisees and their staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to deliver high-quality mental health services,” said David Eggers, owner and CEO. “The program encompasses initial onboarding, ongoing education and continuous support to promote best practices, regulatory compliance and exceptional patient care.”

Simple Solutions Behavioral Health training consists of five key components: orientation and foundations, clinical, operational and business, staff development and leadership, and ongoing education and quality improvement. These aspects provide new owners with an introduction to the franchise’s mission, values, operational standards and service delivery model.

“This includes an overview of behavioral health principles, ethics, confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) and cultural competence,” Eggers added.

Clinical training focuses on current best practices instruction on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions and documentation. The company goes a step further to incorporate training for specific therapy modalities, such as CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy,) as well as medication management, as applicable.

According to Eggers, operational and business training “provides guidance on practice management, billing and coding, electronic health records systems, compliance and marketing strategies to establish and grow a successful franchise location.”

Additionally, while the previous training components have intentionally focused on preparing and teaching the franchisee how to build a successful business, ensuring there is a knowledgeable and dedicated staff is just as important as the other components. The staff development and leadership elements train the clinical and administrative staff on supervision, patient engagement, leadership skills and how to collaborate as a team.

The ongoing education and quality improvement component provides franchisees with regularly scheduled webinars, workshops and refresher courses to stay current with industry standards, new treatment approaches and regulatory changes, such as performance monitoring and quality assurance protocols.

Support and mentorship can be a key differentiator in a successful franchise. Thankfully, Simple Solutions Behavioral Health provides “continuous support through mentorship programs, peer networks and franchise support teams to foster growth, troubleshoot challenges and ensure adherence to franchise standards,” said Eggers.

Going hand in hand with training are the different tools the company offers its franchisees. Continuing education, billing and bookkeeping, electronic medical record, interdepartmental communication and marketing tools as well as a customized CRM, make for an impressive range of resources.

“We have over 110-year combined clinical counseling experience that any of our franchisees can draw upon,” shared Eggers, calling this breadth of experience a key differentiator for the company.

If you are compassionate, progressive and work well with all different types of people, Simple Solutions Behavioral Health may be a great fit for you. Franchisees will be thoroughly trained by a brand that is, in Eggers’ words, “revolutionizing the addiction services industry with a solution that actually works.”
