Pür & Simple® has become a dominant force in the “better breakfast” category of restaurants in Canada, and it’s now entering the U.S. market with plans to open locations from coast-to-coast. Its concept has won the hearts of Canadians with its commitment to quality and wholesome dishes that accommodate a wide range of palates and dietary needs. The company also prides itself on providing generous portions to its customers.
“We’re not cheating anybody,” said Chief Development Officer and Co-owner Sean Sarrami. “We’re making sure everyone is enjoying what they get.”
Providing an elevated breakfast experience where people create lasting memories is a perfect fit in the U.S. market. Pür & Simple fills a hungry gap between mom-and-pop restaurants and fine dining.
“You compare any of the brunch franchise categories in the U.S., and nobody has our design, our look, our plate menu, our feel or our vibe,” explained Sarrami. “We are definitely the next level of franchising in the brunch category.”
Pür & Simple is now looking for multi-unit franchisees to join the brand. As owners, they’ll be able to grow their very own breakfast empire.
“We’re looking for strong-minded entrepreneurs who want to grow,” said Sarrami. “We want someone who understands why they come into the breakfast category. This is a hospitality-first, food-second business. You have to love what you do. You have to love coming to the store every day, and that will ultimately show to the customers and result in sales.”
The brand’s expansion strategy includes dedicated training locations for franchisees, with plans to open its first training location in Florida. Additionally, the company has secured a U.S. supplier to source the premium, wholesome ingredients central to its signature menu.
Pür & Simple has built a strong foundation for its growing network of franchises, and it is setting itself up to expand into a niche area of the restaurant industry that is relatively vacant in the U.S. market.
