BUILD YOUR FUTURE
As a veteran-exclusive franchise, PAINT CORPS™ is committed to providing comprehensive training and support designed to equip veterans with the resources and infrastructure needed to excel in the competitive field of commercial and residential painting.
“Our mission is to empower veterans with a proven system and unwavering support so they can transition into business ownership confidently and build a strong future for themselves and their families,” explained CEO Burgess Perry.
James Wolfenden, franchise owner with his wife, Dina, is a former marine and police officer but was in a bad accident that ended his career. After getting in contact with Co-founder of Veteran Service Brands Jack Child, Wolfenden began to consider PAINT CORPS.
“We were able to scale very large and very fast and have the support to be able to do so,” said James.
The Wolfendens continue to have full-time jobs and raise their very active children while growing their PAINT CORPS franchise in Phoenix, Arizona.
In addition to offering franchisees extensive training as well as proprietary tools and systems, PAINT CORPS provides ongoing coaching, an exclusive veteran network and national partnerships.
“My favorite part of the Veteran Service Brands is the conference, the brotherhood, all the veterans being together,” James said. “We all share kind of the same past and the same mindset, and being able to rely on each other, support each other and celebrate big wins with each other is very important.”
According to Dina, the aspect of the company she most appreciates is the continuous support.
“It is a family feel, even if we only get together once a year,” she said.
Through its annual conference and networking event, PAINT CORPS provides all franchisees with continued education, networking tools and best practices.
“One of our main goals is to ensure our franchisees are set up for success from day one,” said Perry. “Franchisees benefit from national accounts, strategic partnerships and a marketing team focused on generating commercial and residential leads.”
Following initial training and onboarding, franchisees also receive mentoring from corporate team members and successful franchise owners.
“The whole brand proves that they care by being available,” shared James. “By answering calls, by answering emails, you get the support that you need.”
