In today’s digital-first advertising landscape, NTV360 offers entrepreneurs a multifaceted franchise opportunity that goes well beyond traditional marketing. Launched as a franchise in March 2025, NTV360 builds on its parent company’s 15-year foundation of success, providing franchisees with a comprehensive suite of digital marketing solutions that includes proprietary digital signage networks, social media management and OTT advertising services.
“We want to not only create something that is empowering for franchisees to make money but also create something valuable within their community,” said Jocelyn Smialek, creative and marketing director.
This community-focused approach transforms the way local businesses connect with consumers through multiple digital touchpoints.
The NTV360 business model follows a clear three-step process: franchisees partner with local venues to build a digital billboard network, generate residual revenue by selling advertising space to local businesses and then scale their operation with comprehensive support from the NTV360 team. With average gross profit margins exceeding 70%, the numbers speak for themselves.
“We’re able to keep our costs low because we don’t take a percentage of everything that you make,” explained Smialek. “Once you have your network built of your host locations, you then go out, sell advertisers and 100% of that advertising revenue that you bring in is yours to keep.”
The franchise’s proprietary software puts franchisees in control of their digital signage network, while the “sell it and we’ll deliver it” approach creates a low barrier to entry. The NTV360 team provides administrative assistance, graphic design services and even helps with proposals and sales.
“The amount of support that we give to all of our franchisees is next level,” said Smialek, emphasizing that NTV360 sets up franchisees from all backgrounds for success. “We will hold your hand through everything.”
NTV360 offers two potential franchisee paths. One is to be a community connector who thrives in client-facing roles; the other is to be a behind-the-scenes CEO who builds and manages a sales team.
No matter which option is chosen, NTV360 presents a compelling opportunity for entrepreneurs looking to build both profits and community connections in the digital age.
