They knew they would remain in the industry, but wanted to innovate how companies were finding and recruiting talent. The duo spent an entire year researching and learning what the big players in the space were doing in order to build a unique business model. In 2004, Cary and James launched NEXTAFF to modernize and improve staffing and recruiting.
NEXTAFF took off immediately and surprised them when it proved to be recession-resistant, growing 15% during 2009. The business has also proven to be pandemic-resistant, in 2020, our average revenues were $1,957,832 with our Item 19 listing median breakeven at only seven months!

X-FACTOR
The core of NEXTAFF and the success of our model is based on our proprietary method of hiring and recruiting. The X-FACTOR researches top employees at a company and uses outside-of-the-box methods including work samples, cognitive ability tests, and personality tests to ensure additional hires have complementary skill sets. The X-FACTOR allows franchise owners to receive recurring revenue as each new employee continues to be successful!
Territory Size
As an emerging brand, we have grade A markets still available, and we give larger territories than most staffing companies. Typically, owners are able to do business in their entire county!
Reduced Royalty Fees
At NEXTAFF, our royalty fees are based on gross wages, not gross revenue or gross profit. Because the business is structured this way, we are typically 15%-40% more cost-effective for franchise owners compared to other staffing companies.
Back-Office Support
