A new virtual model allows Network In Action’s (NIA) meeting leaders the freedom to maintain complete control over their schedule, and with the brand’s recent international expansion, meeting leaders can work from anywhere in the world. NIA offers a suite of networking solutions that effectively connect business owners and professionals nationally and internationally. Virtual meetings can be held from wherever the NIA owner, or group leader, lives at a recurring monthly date, making it the ideal choice for someone looking to have an additional career or residential mobility.

Founder Scott Talley said more about who NIA group leaders are. “Eighty-five percent of our owners have a full-time side business and 35% of owners are business consultants. This is an excellent way to grow another revenue stream and develop your business simultaneously. If you have 25 members in your group seeing you perform, they might be inclined to hire you to consult for them. If someone has no experience with consulting, we provide all the tools and training needed to learn how to help others grow their businesses. We are an entire host of business solutions. Networking is one aspect. We also offer our members a free customer-relationship management (CRM) system, software to develop business reviews, assistance with publishing, and a library of tutorials for business development,” Talley said.

Talley also invites anyone interested in the business to look into the profitability margin of NIA as compared to any other business with a similar initial investment. “We call it the ‘Item 19 Challenge,’” he said. “For a $10,000 investment, we have a reward for anyone who can find a higher profitability margin. In the four years we have proposed this idea, we have yet for anyone to find one. Everyone knows that not all investments are equal, so never underestimate a franchise with a low initial investment.”
