As one of the longest-running vending companies in the U.S., with nearly 40 years in business, Naturals2Go continues to thrive. By providing owner-operators with a proven program, fully-supported model, world-class equipment and high-end corporate training, the Naturals2Go family brings in hundreds of new members each year.
Naturals2Go offers owner-operators a scalable and flexible business model without franchisee fees or royalties. The company’s vending machines feature advanced technology, including interactive screens, cashless and contactless payment systems and the capacity for remote monitoring.
All Hands Vending Owner Dan Willis went from operating his own financial advisory office where he managed $15 million in assets to running a highly successful vending business.
“I would set up retirement accounts for companies and individuals as well as provide education in the form of seminars to the community,” Willis explained.
Willis was attracted to Naturals2Go because of its unique model, commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous equipment improvement.
“Their customer service centers around the maintenance and repair of their equipment,” said Willis. “I couldn’t find anyone else who did as good a job at this as they did.”
Willis and his wife, Theresa, are U.S. Navy veterans with a shared passion for community growth and workplace happiness. In addition to offering quality vending solutions, Willis is committed to giving back. For example, 10% of All Hands Vending profits directly support local charities and nonprofits.
“We donate and run a program every year where we buy Christmas presents for children whose families are going through a hard time,” said Willis. “We don’t want any kids worrying about whether Santa will come this year.”
Willis’ goals for the future are unclear, but he would like to expand his business to new cities. Naturals2Go has played a key role in the success of his business, and the values he shares with the company have created an ideal partnership.
“We’ve purchased several vending and coffee machines from them,” said Willis. “We both value having high-quality equipment over cheap, low-quality machines. I think this is the hardest value to find in the vending market.”
