COMMUNITY FOCUSED + ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
LIME Painting® recently reached 100 territories nationwide, tapping into the $500 billion home improvement sector with superior painting, restoration and coating services. However, within the industry, a few prime factors separate it from the competition.
“We are the only company that services the luxury home market,” said Aria Morris, marketing coordinator. “Plus, we’re not just painting. I noticed many people, when they see LIME Painting, assume we’re just a painting company. We provide over 40 services for painting, coatings and restoration, so there is no need to pull multiple companies to get a full home improvement project done; we do the hard work!”
Morris estimates that, with starting costs ranging from $126,700 to $227,075, LIME Painting presents a cost-effective value for entrepreneurs.
“The franchise fee is pretty low compared to other franchises, ranked among the best opportunities for the money,” she said.
When franchisees come aboard, they’re able to tap into a far-reaching and inclusive support system.
“The support system we have at LIME Painting is astronomical!” emphasized Morris. “Our team communicates quite effectively through strategic channels to address support, marketing and general owner questions. We are a family, and we keep the family connected through our regular newsletter updates to help support business efforts, keep everyone updated and provide timely updates within the company.”
Franchisees and the corporate team unite through Slack, a cloud-based team messaging platform with multiple channels. Among those channels, Ladies of Lime exists for owners, employees and owner-wives as a safe space to chat about the workplace, achievements, family and even to swap recipes.
Additionally, LIME Painting’s partners, Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams, provide patented, eco-friendly and low volatile organic compound products for paint and coatings that are proven to last longer and protect the environment. That enables the company’s teams to help stabilize the security and beauty of homes while limiting waste and reducing health risks.
“We basically stand out from our competition because we’re partnered with competition. We have Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams and PPG as well,” Morris said. “We’re partnered with some very well-known painting companies to help support our painting side of the company.”
In addition to strategically partnering with other companies, LIME Painting encourages owners to partner with their communities and drive philanthropic efforts. The brand’s program, LIME Light Outreach, is a 501(c)(3) public charity that helps fund local missions and hosts a yearly golf charity event to support organizations in need.
“We are expanding exponentially at this point, and with all of the setup and support that we have, we can quickly get you set up with our Empire Building model,” said Morris. That growth-based model encourages owners to increase their footprint and attract more business.
According to Morris, right now is the perfect time for prospective owners to join LIME Painting.
“Now is a great time to join LIME because we are on the verge of becoming a household name,” she explained. “The benefits you can expect from LIME Painting is the freedom to balance your life and business. You can be your own boss and have the support of the franchise.”
