In the highly competitive painting market, LIME Painting continues to achieve nationwide growth by providing exceptional services, ranging from luxury painting and coating to surface restoration for commercial and residential clients. Senior Director of Operations Erica Sicre is the mastermind and overseer of all the brand’s franchisees.
“Before we bring new franchise partners on, we have them take the Culture Index assessment to help us understand how they are hardwired,” said Sicre, who serves as the franchise business coach.
The information gathered through the test is used to identify strengths and weaknesses, pre-qualifying new owners and enabling customized training, support, goals development and team building based on the franchisee’s overall needs.
“When we sign on new owners, we have them go through a grand opening checklist to make sure they are fully prepared – covering finance, IT, support, marketing, operations and additional business topics,” said Sicre.
“As they get ready to open, they go through training in our LIME Elite Academy, where they learn the ins and outs of the company and day-to-day expectations.”
The LIME Elite Academy prepares new owners for a series of boot camps with proprietary LIME Painting tools that equip new franchisees for building their empires.
“After boot camps are completed, we engage in field visits facilitated by our national success coach,” explained Sicre. “New franchisees are trained on first estimates, sales closing, interviewing paint crews and more.”
The brand’s training and support continue through monthly Zoom and marketing meetings, quarterly virtual workshops and summits, bi-weekly coaching calls, newsletters and ongoing access to additional support channels. The entire LIME Painting group stays connected using Slack platforms, making it easy to establish collaborative relationships nationwide.
