Several years back, HomeWell Care Services’ chairman, Bruce Haase, committed to bringing together a deeply experienced executive leadership team. This team, having a combination of broad knowledge, expertise and experience, was already well prepared when the challenges of 2020 arose, resulting in a phenomenally successful year. To set the stage for an even stronger future, HomeWell has reorga- nized its corporate team as of January 2021.

Crystal Franz was appointed as HomeWell’s chief executive officer. Franz came onboard in 2018, contributing as the vice president of brand strategy, marketing and communications, then as the chief strategy officer. With 15 years of franchising experience, Franz leads HomeWell’s cross-functional executive leadership team.

Brandon Clifford was promoted to senior vice president of development and franchise services. Clifford jump-started HomeWell’s franchise development efforts by bringing in new strategic, business-savvy owners who wholeheartedly agree with the companies mission of helping and caring for people . Clifford also manages franchise services, ensuring each franchisee receives the support that owners look for when joining a franchise system.

Casey McCleskey continues his role as the chief financial officer for HomeWell. He has been with the company for nearly five years and provides his expertise by strategically overseeing all areas related to finance. From a financial standpoint, McCleskey ensures that HomeWell is set up to manage the significant growth that has been projected over the next three to five years.

Michelle Cone is HomeWell’s resident home care expert who was recently promoted to senior vice president of training and brand programs. Cone oversees all sales and operations training for HomeWell franchisees, covering topics on home care, sales, development and revenue-driving programs.

Mishelle Payne, vice president of marketing, has extensive experience in building brands and establishing best-in-class marketing. In her time at the company, she led the launch of the new brand identity and established a robust marketing assets resource for franchisees.

In 2020, HomeWell grew by 16 new franchise owners and three unit expansions, resulting in a total of 31 new territories awarded last year. HomeWell also experi- enced a 12% increase in system revenue over 2019, and it is on course for an even higher trajectory for the future.
