With the approaching holiday season comes the perfect opportunity for a Hofbräuhaus of America franchise to host holiday dinners for companies, families and those who want to gather. Hofbräuhaus of America franchises feature event rooms that can host larger groups and special events. In particular, the brew pub and large restaurant concepts offer a larger capacity, with over 500 interior seats available and bigger event spaces that cater to “German style” holiday dinners. According to Hofbräuhaus Buffalo COO Brian Windschitl, some of the most popular holiday dinners served include traditional menu items that are always selling very well, such as Wiener schnitzel, sausages and pork roast.
To make the environment even more festive for the holidays, Hofbräuhaus Buffalo coordinates many exciting events, including selecting an honorary mayor who marches in with the band to tap the ceremonial barrel every Friday and Saturday night. Additionally, every weekend in December, a German-style Christmas market, called Christkindlmarkt, is set up in the beer garden and typically is made up of over 20 artists and vendors. Windschitl, who oversees all of these operations and more stated, “I have a great team that keeps stepping up each day to execute.”
Holiday time at Hofbräuhaus Buffalo can be described as a highly entertaining, welcoming opportunity for all to gather. “The fourth quarter is like the Super Bowl for us,” Windschitl said. “It is roughly 40% of the sales for the year.”
He also shared that there are fun events to partake in and delicious dishes to be eaten throughout the year. “We are all about family and friends getting together to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and any other milestones in life. The delicious food, great beer and entertainment give everyone a reason to smile and be together,” Windschitl explained.
Some key benefits to franchising with Hofbräuhaus of America include reduced time on investment, an existing track record of success, a state-of-the-art setup, location analysis and a 400-year-old unique and proven concept with an authentic product.
