Revenue, membership and territory growth are things of both the past and the future for Hammer & Nails. As a highly unique and revolutionizing provider of men’s grooming services, Hammer & Nails surpassed last year’s objectives and plans to continue to do so in 2025. With the leadership of its newly appointed Vice President of Franchise Development Alisa Anderson, the team at Hammer & Nails is excited to benefit from Anderson’s strategic background to surpass objectives in 2025.
To date, 166 franchise licenses have been awarded and 43 shops opened. “Our growth this year has far surpassed expectations,” said Anderson. “Looking ahead, we plan to double these results as demand for our brand continues to soar. This is just the beginning.”
Offering comprehensive operations support to franchisees, corporate and regional franchise teams assist new partners from site selection to opening. Through a detailed game plan and strategic resources created to facilitate each stage of business development, Hammer & Nails has been successful at maintaining consistency and operational quality across all locations. Through a learning Management System (LMS), franchisees have constant access to ongoing training and best practices.
With big plans to take their marketing strategies to the next level, Hammer & Nails is launching a high-impact digital marketing campaign in 2025 designed to boost organic lead generation and brand visibility. The team is also excited to roll out the “Raving Fans Referral Program,” which is designed to leverage customer loyalty to appeal to new investors and propel franchise expansion. “These strategies are designed to significantly increase our brand reach and franchise footprint,” explained Anderson. “We’re connecting with passionate customers and investors who already love our services and are eager to be a part of our growing brand.”
Men’s grooming is booming, and, according to market insight company Statista, the global male grooming market is expected to be worth $115 billion by 2028.
Hammer & Nails provides entrepreneurs with a proven model as well as the training, resources and support needed to take advantage of a fast-growing business opportunity.
