With more than two decades of franchising success and over 150,000 houses purchased, HomeVestors® of America, Inc. continues to be a standout brand in residential real estate investing. In March, the brand executed 13 franchise agreements and welcomed nine new franchisees into the system. Owners are welcomed into a collaborative network where experienced franchisees mentor and support newcomers, creating a deep sense of community from day one.
“Franchisees are usually territorial in other systems, but it’s different here,” said Mike Oberholtzer, Vice President of Franchise Development. “Because of how our territories are structured, and the alignment of goals across the brand, franchisees welcome one another with open arms. It’s a rare culture of support.”
A recent Virtual Meet the Team Day brought nearly 20 prospective owners together to meet with corporate team members, industry experts and even current franchisees. This strong sense of connection is also evident in the brand’s mentorship program that pairs new franchisees with seasoned real estate investors.
“Our mentorship program is one of the most powerful tools we offer new franchisees,” said Oberholtzer. “It’s not just about teaching the business but surrounding new owners with people who’ve walked the path before them. That kind of support builds confidence, accelerates learning and creates a real sense of belonging from the very beginning.”
HomeVestors equips franchisees with the tools and technology to succeed, investing in innovative tools like a new internal communication platform to streamline franchisee interactions and an upgraded Salesforce-based CRM. Additionally, HomeVestors negotiated a partnership with an established technology platform that allows franchisees to market properties to outside investors, offering more flexibility and speed in property sales.
The brand is committed to building an even stronger community by welcoming new franchisees into its rapidly growing franchise network. With a low initial franchise fee, a shorter-than-average five-year agreement and a proven lead generation system, HomeVestors is an ideal choice for entrepreneurs looking to build a successful real estate business.
“At HomeVestors, we’re not just building businesses, we’re building futures,” Oberholtzer said. “Our goal is to empower franchisees with the support, tools and community they need to thrive. If you’re looking for a purpose-driven opportunity with real impact, this is the place to start.”
