Eight Turn Crêpe is unique because our crêpes are made from rice flour, making them 100% gluten-free. While crêpes are typically served flat on a plate requiring utensils to eat them, our crêpes are artfully rolled in a cone. They are light and fluffy yet packed full of ingredients, making them a meal within themselves. We are able to target breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert crowds.

What does the brand’s model offer that other eateries (or businesses, in general) don’t?

We provide our guests a hip and inviting atmosphere filled with warmth, freshness, uniqueness, quality, and a commitment to consistency. We use proprietary yogurt-based delicious custards and tofu-based signature sauces, which offer our customers a lower-calorie experience without compromising taste. We deliver an affordable, delicious and health-conscious meal that can be eaten with one hand, on the go.
