When Nicole Chaudry founded WorldKids® School in 2016, her goal was to develop an early childhood education franchise dedicated to preparing children for a global future.

“WorldKids Academy employs an innovative approach to early childhood education emphasizing global perspectives and personalized learning experiences,” said Chaudry. “This allows it to stand out in a crowded educational market.”

Unlike traditional programs that often follow a one-size-fits-all model, WorldKids School is an educational program that immerses children into Spanish and Mandarin Chinese languages as infants, toddlers and preschoolers, helping them discover the world through daily explorations and hands-on activities. The program integrates diverse cultural insights and cutting-edge technology to create a curriculum tailored to each child’s unique needs and interests. Chaudry describes it as a very personalized education and as an experience aimed at instilling an appreciation for diverse cultures and global citizenship.

“WorldKids concept is new and innovative due to its distinct approach to early childhood education and cultural enrichment,” said Chaudry, who was inspired to develop the program thanks to reading studies that showed early exposure to multiple languages can enhance cognitive abilities, improve academic performance and increase cultural awareness.

Defined as a space where children, teachers and staff from all over the world come together to share their cultures and gain a sense of global awareness, WorldKids School uses an immersion learning environment to work toward total fluency in foreign languages. The program also offers children the opportunity to proactively use and rehearse languages in a challenging, intimate and emotionally supportive environment that stimulates all of their senses.

“WorldKids is emerging because of its rapid, market-validated expansion,” Chaudry said. “It is unique due to its specific blend of immersive dual-language education, hands-on learning, global perspectives and personalized approach, which differentiates it from traditional models. It is ‘on the cusp’ because this innovative, unique model is clearly gaining significant traction, as evidenced by the overwhelming response and consistent waitlists, suggesting it’s a leading example of a successful, modern approach to early childhood education.”

In addition to language immersion programs, WorldKids School provides extended day care and child care, creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel secure and can gain confidence in their own abilities.

The concept has already experienced rapid growth and market validation. WorldKids School has expanded to 10 locations in just eight years, all of which consistently maintain waitlists, reflecting strong community interest.

“This rapid growth suggests the innovative model is meeting a significant market demand,” said Chaudry.

With its innovative philosophy and global perspective, WorldKids School is undoubtedly providing a diverse learning experience.

For those interested in starting a WorldKids School franchise, there are plenty of options. The company boasts three investment models, with each including a streamlined process and full training and support.

“The mission of WorldKids School is to provide a nurturing and dynamic educational environment where young learners can thrive through immersive language experiences and become global citizens,” Chaudry said. “We are dedicated to fostering multilingualism and cultural understanding.”
