A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRANCHISEE
CyberGlobal, a leading cybersecurity firm headquartered in Europe, is expanding its franchise model to the U.S. Due to increased security breaches in companies worldwide, CyberGlobal’s recent U.S. launch has been met with strong interest from prospective franchisees hoping to enterprise on the demand for cybersecurity services. CyberGlobal has four new franchise locations and is looking to add more to that roster in 2025.
In response to its quickly growing franchise network, CyberGlobal added a pre-sales tech support role within its central team to assist U.S. franchisees. This position will provide support on sales calls and educate clients on the more technical aspects of CyberGlobal’s services.
Additionally, the company has hired a senior vice president of sales who will manage a full-time cybersecurity salesperson. This salesperson will help franchisees build their clientele in their territories for a 15% commission rate, allowing franchisees to start gaining clients quickly without having to hire and train their own employees. With such quick growth, CyberGlobal has kept its eye on maximizing the success of its franchisees.
CyberGlobal USA Managing Director Ken Boyce gave some insight into what a day in the life of a franchisee is like:
- 8:30 a.m. The franchisee starts the workday by organizing their list of potential clients to contact.
- 10 a.m. The franchisee follows up with prospects who have reached out and those who have not yet responded to previous emails or phone calls. The goal is to reach out to at least 20 companies a day.
- Noon To pinpoint how CyberGlobal’s services can provide much-needed cybersecurity solutions, the franchisee gets on a scheduled Zoom calls with potential clients.
- 4 p.m. The franchisee contacts the corporate team and goes over quotes with potential clients. Then, the owner makes sure projects are being completed on the tech side. Because all tech is handled on the corporate side, it’s good to touch base on the status of open projects each day.
- 6 p.m. The franchisee logs off for the day.
