Kyle Chiasson’s commitment to building authentic relationships motivated him to own a client-first business. After succeeding in advisory roles at banking and wealth management organizations, Chiasson decided to pursue his dream of business ownership in 2017.
“For as long as I can remember, I’ve taken a liking to business and knew I wanted to start a company,” he said.
Chiasson was introduced to Nick-Anthony Zamucen, founder of Best Option Restoration, a few months before the brand launched. The brand specializes in mold, water and sewage remediation, fire damage restoration and debris removal, among other services.
“I was a young professional and wanted to pick his brain on life, success and entrepreneurship,” Chiasson explained. “A few follow-up conversations later, I was quitting my job and opening up one of the first franchises for Best Option Restoration.”
The decision to invest in the franchise was a no-brainer to Chiasson. He knew it was a rewarding, lucrative opportunity that also would benefit his community.
“I believed in who I was getting into business with and liked the vision and direction of BOR,” Chiasson said. “Frankly, I didn’t look at other franchises. I understood it was a high-margin industry that was about as recession-proof as you can get. I also understood it was a large, growing market.”
Today, he provides services to the greater South Denver area with his Best Option Restoration locations in Highlands Ranch and Cherry Creek. As a franchisee, Chiasson is proud to be a part of a successful, relationship-driven company.
“I created a business that has an impact much bigger than myself or my pocketbook,” he said. “We have a team that has serviced thousands of clients in the community and left the world better than we found it.”
The support from Best Option Restoration’s team has significantly impacted his success. He continuously receives the operational guidance and resources needed to make his franchise thrive.
