Mary Ann Stallings, president of Bridge to Better Living (BBL), founded her company in 2010 with a clear vision of expanding throughout the country. To support her dream, Stallings selected her corporate staff carefully. Her team of women proudly offers a combined 130 years of experience and knowledge in the senior-care industry.

Kristine Dykeman-Schoening, director of development, brings her extensive background with a large senior-living continuum to the team. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology, with certifications in gerontology and social work. Dykeman-Schoening enjoys presenting the brand’s concept to potential franchisees.

Robbie Nathan, director of training, has experience in the home health-care industry. Her passion for seniors is what brought her to BBL, where she continues to serve older adults on an even greater scale. Nathan also speaks and writes articles and blogs pertaining to seniors and their needs.

Jolee Urbanovsky and Margaret Burnham are transition consultants. Prior to joining BBL, Urbanovsky had a diverse background in senior care, and has a passion for helping individuals with dementia. Burnham, a registered nurse specializing in gerontology, has a love for assisting seniors and knows firsthand the challenges of finding the right living community for a loved one.

Stallings’ staff, which is made up of three generations, works as a team and makes decisions together. The secret is the culture of the organization, which is driven by one vision: to help seniors and their families. As the franchise continues to develop, the team plays a part in the strategic planning of the business. They are excited to announce their first franchisee signing, which is coming soon in Denver. Stallings added: “I really feel Bridge to Better Living offers seniors and families a different approach, a high touch, a very individualized experience we demonstrate day to day with our clients. We are excited to be able to share this with other franchisees and seniors across the country.”
