Run Lean, Stay Focused & Reinvest

By providing franchisees with tailored formulas, state-of-the-art technology and robust quality control systems, Corporate Cleaning Group enables new owners to launch successful home-based cleaning businesses.

“Our franchise offers real flexibility while allowing franchisees to generate strong, recurring revenue,” said Vice President of Franchise Development and Growth Andrea Lilly. “Every franchisee starts without a dedicated office space. Owners launch from home, build their book of recurring B2B accounts and later decide whether additional space makes sense.”

Some of the brand’s strongest performers successfully operate several locations from home and continue to achieve revenue milestones without the need to lease an office.

“As owners grow and add supervisors or administrative support, some choose to move into small office spaces,” Lilly said. “The early ability to run lean, stay focused and reinvest in people rather than overhead has been a major contributor to the growth we are seeing across the system.”

Lilly has been with Corporate Cleaning Group for eight years. She began as director of finance and later moved into franchise finance and compliance leadership when Founder and COO Len Yakuber and CEO Devin Dollar asked her to step into her current position.

“It was an immediate ‘yes.’ I love our brand and people. I care deeply about bringing in the right franchise managing partners,” said Lilly. “My focus is on building a strong, values-driven development engine as we work toward 100 locations and beyond.”

Offering a lean model with strong systems and W-2 employee staffing structure as well as a niche focus on education, healthcare, religious facilities and corporate spaces, Corporate Cleaning Group facilitates the development of long-term, predictable revenue sources.

“We are businesspeople who got into janitorial, not the other way around,” said Lilly. “Our tech stack, training and support structure make the home-based operating model seamless.”

Today, Corporate Cleaning Group continues to experience steady growth and currently has more than 46 locations nationwide.

“The ability to launch from home gives owners a low-overhead start as they build recurring customer contracts as well as reinvest in people and growth,” Lilly said. “Everything is designed so they can operate professionally from home without missing a beat.”
