From a franchising standpoint, One You Love Homecare is an attractive offer compared to its competitors, with one of the reasons being how it includes larger territory sizes.

“We offer our franchisees a population of 50,000 who are aged 65 and over, almost 20,000 more than our competitors,” explained Founder David Giacobbo. “We also work to be more granular in territory mapping. We ensure each territory includes a population of at least 15,000 who are aged 75 and older. Most of our competitors do not include this detail when designing territories.”

A key part of the One You Love Homecare business model is to meet client needs early on in the aging process. This allows franchisees to build a solid reputation and encourages clients to expand care as their needs change, increasing client retention. Additionally, as a private-pay service, One You Love Homecare doesn’t need to deal with the hassle that comes with insurance, resulting in a strong, consistent cash flow through monthly invoicing.

The last year has been a year of tremendous growth for One You Love Homecare. The company saw two owners with close to 300% growth year-over-year, and there were several others with over 200% year-over-year growth.
