Best Option Restoration is a leader in the structure remediation industry, with more than 45 franchisees across the country helping homeowners and businesses recover from damage caused by mold, sewage, fire, smoke, water or storms.
Founded in 2016 and franchised in 2018, the Denver-based brand is adding new locations every month to meet demand, according to Brian Brinegar, director of franchise operations. The brand offers a low point of entry, minimal overhead, superior training and ongoing support in a lucrative, rapidly growing market.
The company’s motto is “Leaving the world better than we found it.” Franchisees can respond quickly 24/7, because calls go directly to locally owned offices, not to a distant routing center. Best Option Restoration’s experienced and certified technicians combine courtesy, professionalism and the most advanced methods to restore properties to their pre-damage condition.
“Best Option Restoration uses state-of-the art thermal technology,” explained Brinegar. “The other guys are the old man in a van with a fan, blowing cold air on water and hoping to evaporate it in several days. Think of a clothes dryer; we’re faster and more efficient.”
Becoming a Best Option Restoration owner is ideal for anyone who wants to be in control of their own success.
“We need someone who likes to meet people and connect in their community, a person who doesn’t mind getting dirty but also likes going to marketing events,” said Brinegar. “We are looking for someone who wants to grow and work for themselves while being a part of a family environment. We want someone who wants to grow a territory, purchase a first location, but by year three or four have multiple offices.”
New franchisees complete four days of online training and spend five days at brand headquarters. The focus will be on topics related to owning and managing the business, such as daily operations, marketing, billing and collections. The new owners also will learn about hiring technicians and working with insurers.
Support is ongoing and includes individual mentoring, monthly Zoom calls, quarterly training and annual meetings. The brand’s goal is to add 30 locations in 2024 and each year after that. Best Option Restoration is seeking entrepreneurs across the country who enjoy giving back and making a difference in people’s lives.
